INGREDIENTS
1 large cauliflower
4 cloves of garlic
vinegar
peppers
oil
Salt
ELABORATION
In the mortar, crush a clove of garlic, parsley, and a little of the broth used to cook the cauliflower.
In hot oil some garlic is browned.
Removing the pan from the heat, add paprika and a tablespoon of vinegar.
It is mixed with the mash of the mortar and everything well united is poured over the cauliflower.
