INGREDIENTS
For the ice cream:
½ liter of milk.
4 yolks.
125 gr of sugar.
1 cinnamon stick
For the meringue milk:
½ liter of milk.
4 clear.
125 gr of sugar.
Lemon rind.
ELABORATION

From the ice cream: put to cook the milk with the sugar and the cinnamon so that it takes on the aroma; strain it, let it cool, add the beaten egg yolks and freeze.

From the meringue milk ice cream: cook the milk with the sugar, remove it from the heat and add a lemon peel to flavor it; when the milk is cold, strain it, add the whites mounted until stiff, and freeze.

Serve with some fresh fruit and chocolate sauce.
