1.5 kilo of lamb
3 sour apples
1 tablespoon butter
The apples are peeled, cut into four parts and then thickly sliced.
With them the bottom of a casserole is covered, and the butter is placed on top.
Then put the lamb, cut into fine pieces, season with salt and a little pepper and drizzle with a jet of oil.
Well covered, put on the fire for a few minutes and then put in the oven at low temperature.
From time to time it should be watered with a little water.
When it is tender, the meat is transferred to a source, watered with the hot juice and surrounded by apples. It is served very hot.
