INGREDIENTS
1.5 kg of ribs
3/4 kg of Brussels sprouts
powdered laurel
thyme
broth
Pepper
olive oil

ELABORATION
The ribs are placed in a baking dish, seasoned with salt and pepper, and sprinkled with thyme and bay leaf.
They are drizzled with a little oil and put in the previously heated oven.
They are given several turns so that they brown well on all sides.
Once golden brown, pour a cup of broth and cook for an hour.
Meanwhile, the Brussels sprouts are washed and cooked in water and salt for 20 minutes.
Once cooked, and with five minutes to finish cooking the meat, they are added to the source, so that they take the taste of the sauce.
