INGREDIENTS
8 tangerines
1 glass of liquor to taste
2 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons brown sugar
cinnamon powder and stick
ELABORATION
The tangerines, peeled and cut into two thick slices each, are placed on a tray and set aside.
Separately, put the butter, the liquor, the sugar, and a piece of cinnamon stick in a bowl and put it in the microwave oven – at maximum power – for a minute.
After this time, the syrup is removed from the oven and poured over the tangerines, which are cooked in the microwave – without varying the power – for three minutes. They are served warm and sprinkled with cinnamon. They can also be garnished with whipped cream and rolled almonds.
