6 serving trout
18 tablespoons corn flakes or oatmeal
The trout, clean and dry, are seasoned inside with salt and pepper.
With the help of the mixer, 10 tablespoons of corn or oat flakes are crushed until obtaining a fine flour with which the trout are coated.
In a frying pan with plenty of hot oil, and over medium heat, fry the trout for eight minutes on each side.
Once golden brown, drain and set aside to heat.
The oranges are peeled and cut into wedges, taking care to remove the web that separates them.
Place the trout on a preheated serving platter, garnished with the orange segments and sprinkled with the cereal flakes —toasted in the oven—.
The butter is melted in a pan and poured over the trout.
They are served immediately.
